Product Advantages

1、Pre-milling Unit. Standard with 65mm pre-milling bit to trim off the defects of panel surface and thus to achieve a close sticking and better edge results.

2、6-post pressure rollers. Strongly press edge tape to improve edge banding effect. Equips with glue scrapper, it can effectively solve the special adhesive issues, more convenient in daily maintenance.

3、Flat Scraping Unit. Removes residual glue line for a better edging results.

4、Grooving Unit. Dual-Servo Horizontal Grooving (5.5kW) + Horizontal Grooving (5.5kW) – tailors for high-efficiency door frame joint processing.
